Guardian Communication Policy

We believe that education is a collaborative effort between home and school. Effective communication is vital for ensuring the well-being and academic success of our students. To keep parents and guardians informed about their child’s progress and facilitate a strong partnership, we have established the following guidelines for communication:

  1. Primary Communication Channel: Communication between parents and the school will primarily occur through the Student’s Diary. Please use this diary to raise any questions or concerns.
  2. Contacting Teachers: For queries related to academics, general progress, disciplinary issues, and similar matters, please direct your communication to the Class Teachers and Coordinators only.
  3. Scheduling Appointments: To meet with Coordinators or Class Teachers, appointments can be scheduled via the school website or by calling the office. You may also leave your appointment request in the appointment log at the office.
  4. Designated Communication Hours: Class Teachers will be available to receive calls during specified hours. Please respect these time slots and refrain from calling outside of them to honor teachers’ personal time.
  5. Text Messages: If you cannot reach a teacher directly, please leave a text message so they can return your call at their convenience. In emergencies, if a Class Teacher is unreachable, leave a message with the office via phone call.
  6. Subject-Related Queries: For subject-specific queries, please schedule an appointment with the Subject Coordinator through the office or via the school website.
  7. Emergency Issues: Contact the front office during school hours for emergency issues only.
  8. Meeting Times: No meetings will be scheduled during arrival and dismissal times without a prior appointment.
  9. Addressing Major Concerns: If there is a need to address major concerns or if communication issues arise, an appointment can be scheduled with the Principal or Director of Academics by placing a request at the office or through the school website.
